How do I upload audio?
- Open an episode in the editor
- Either drag and drop audio files into the editor, or click the Upload button and select files from your computer
- Your files begin uploading, and you’ll see a progress indicator
- Once uploaded, the audio file card shows Processing…
- When processing finishes, the file is ready to edit
What happens after upload?
After you upload a file, you’ll see a series of status indicators on the audio file card:- Processing… converts the file to a standard audio format for consistent editing. You need to wait for this to finish before editing.
- Enhancing… runs the AI enhancement pipeline (noise reduction, mouth noise removal, tone optimization, volume leveling). You can start editing while this runs.
- Transcribing… generates a transcript of the audio. You can start editing while this runs.
